Seal Beach is a coastal city in Orange County, California, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 24,168, up from 24,157 at the 2000 census. Seal Beach is located in the westernmost corner of Orange County.
The most consistent spot to surf is on the north side of the pier, where you get all kinds of surfers ranging from the clueless to the talented. North Side of the Pier is also a great place to learn how to surf with good surf school instruction and small, gentle waves on most days.
